Rental rates for inventory scanners It varies depending on whether you need a numeric only, alpha numeric, 1D or QR Code (2D) barcode scanner and how long you require the equipment. Rental rates range from 30 to $35/day. Minimum rental is a kit of 2 scanners for 3 days.

We have daily, weekly and monthly rental rates. The minimum rental period is 3 days.

Standard rental kit size is in units of 4 with a 4 slot cradle/charger. Individual units can also be rented with a single slot cradle/charger. Minimum kit size is 2 scanners. Maximum kit size is 50 scanners. Orders larger that 50 scanners can be split into seperate kits for each store or divisional unit.

To use your inventory accounting system's data in EzCount you need to export your inventory master file into a common data exchange format like CSV text or excel. There are 4 types of data files you can provide EzCount: Item master information, such as Item ID, SKU, description, price, category, vendor, cost etc. Barcode and UPC data for each SKU Location details, such as areas, zones, fixtures and bin locations (if available) Item system quantities on hand (by location if available)
